This masterclass is designed to deepen your understanding of dermoscopy and refine your skills in diagnosing complex skin lesions with greater accuracy. Through a blend of advanced theory and practical case studies, this interactive workshop will elevate your diagnostic abilities.
The cost of attending is $345 (including GST). Afternoon tea will be provided.
Summit attendance is not required to attend this workshop.
Amanda Oakley is a graduate of the University of Bristol and trained in dermatology in Auckland, London and Durham (UK). She returned to Waikato in 1987 as a consultant dermatologist and later served as Head of the Department of Dermatology at Te Whatu Ora Waikato. A founder of DermNet NZ, Amanda was appointed a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2018 for services to dermatology. She has a strong interest in teledermatology, medical education and consumer health education, and the potential for artificial intelligence to improve equitable access to specialist dermatological care.
Cliff Rosendahl is a Professor at the University of Queensland and a Distinguished Visiting Professor at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. A general practitioner with more than 50 years’ experience, his clinical and academic focus over the past two decades has been the early diagnosis of skin cancer and melanoma. Working with colleagues in Brisbane and Vienna, he developed the diagnostic algorithms Chaos and Clues and Prediction without Pigment. He has published more than 110 peer-reviewed papers and co-authored two textbooks on skin cancer diagnostics.

This masterclass has been endorsed by The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) and approved for up to 5 CME credits for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) purposes. Credits for active RNZCGP Fellows will be uploaded automatically - please provide your MCNZ number during registration.
CME credits for all other attendees must be self-reported.
