This meeting will be held as part of the 2026 New Zealand Skin Cancer Summit.
Members are invited to submit remits or other matters for consideration to the Skin Cancer NZ Chief Executive no later than 5.00 pm Friday 5 June 2026.

At this meeting:
- An updated Constitution was adopted. This revised document reflected the rebrand to Skin Cancer NZ, modernised governance structures, and improved compliance with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
- The inaugural Executive of Skin Cancer NZ was announced.
