This meeting was held on Friday 19 June 2026 at the InterContinental Wellington, as part of the 2026 New Zealand Skin Cancer Summit.

2025 Special General Meeting
Held on Tuesday 14 October 2025 via Microsoft Teams.
At this meeting:
- An updated Constitution was adopted. This revised document reflected the rebrand to Skin Cancer NZ, modernised governance structures, and improved compliance with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
- The inaugural Executive of Skin Cancer NZ was announced.
