* The Summit programme is built around attending both days. We strongly recommend attending both days if possible.

Refunds will only be made available on the following basis:

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing 7 days prior to the conference date for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued within 7 days or for no-shows.
Delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including the day prior to the conference commencement. Please advise us immediately by email of such amendments.
