Refund policy

Refunds will only be made available on the following basis:

• Notification of cancellation must be received in writing 7 days prior to the conference date for a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued within 7 days or for no-shows.
• Delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including the day prior to the conference commencement. Please advise us immediately by email of such amendments.
